Our team completed a complex drainage improvement project for a daycare facility in Ludlow, Kentucky, in collaboration with an engineering team. The existing drainage issues caused the playground area to flood during heavy rainfall, resulting in the erosion and displacement of playground mulch.

A specialized drainage solution was designed to redirect and manage stormwater runoff above the existing retaining wall. Due to the challenging site conditions and limited access, a crane was required to lift an excavator over the retaining wall and into the work area. Our team utilized multiple pieces of specialized equipment to safely and efficiently complete the project and implement the engineered drainage solution.
